Salary to Hourly Calculator
Enter your annual salary to instantly see your equivalent hourly rate, plus daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly pay breakdowns.
How It Works
The salary to hourly formula is straightforward: divide your annual salary by the total number of working hours in a year. For a standard full-time employee working 40 hours per week for 52 weeks, that is 2,080 hours per year.
Hourly Rate = Annual Salary / (Hours per Week x Weeks per Year)
Adjust the hours per week if you work part-time or overtime, and reduce weeks per year if you have unpaid leave. The calculator also shows your daily rate (based on a 5-day work week), weekly, biweekly, and monthly equivalents so you can compare pay across different schedules.
